MileageTracker3000 does not collect, transmit, or sell your data. Your mileage logs, GPS data, and trip information stay on your device. Period.
We collect nothing. MileageTracker3000 has no servers, no analytics, no tracking pixels, no ads, and no third-party SDKs that phone home. The app does not require an account, email address, or any personal information to function.
MileageTracker3000 uses your device's GPS to record trip mileage. This location data is stored only on your device in a local database. It is never transmitted to us or any third party. You can delete all trip data at any time from within the app.
If you enable iCloud backup in Settings, your trip data is backed up to your personal iCloud account using Apple's iCloud Document Storage. This data goes directly from your device to your iCloud — we have no access to it. You can disable this at any time.
When you export trip reports (CSV or PDF), the files are generated locally on your device. You choose how and where to share them using your device's standard share sheet. We never see these files.
MileageTracker3000 uses no third-party analytics, advertising, or data collection services. The only external call the app makes is reverse geocoding (converting GPS coordinates to street addresses), which uses your device's built-in geocoding service provided by Apple (iOS) or Google (Android) as part of the operating system — not a separate API call from us.
MileageTracker3000 does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. The app collects no information from anyone.
If we ever change this policy, we'll update this page. But our core commitment — your data stays on your device — is foundational to this app and will not change.
